Mechatronic Surface Module

RMD Mechatronic solution offers effective monitoring and analysis of patient organs at high risk to develop pressure ulcers while integrating an automated non-invasive mechanism that continuously depreciates pressures on these specific organs.


The AI-powered mechatronic surface is divided into individual static and dynamic units.


Each unit contains an integral self-learning microprocessor associated with a relevant electronic piston for analyzing real-time data of the patient’s body.


In accordance, the AI machine operates a preventative active mechanism treatment by adjusting the movement of each appropriate piston, located under the organ at risk.

The surface is designed to be integrated easily on top of any bed. It can be a complementary addition to smart beds or be used as a replacement for mattresses and thus enables to convert any bed into a smart bed.
